Breakers Resort plans a renovation to upgrade the interior and common areas of the Sailfish and Paradise Towers (Exterior renovations are complete!) It’s the latest boost to a family-favorite property that has served visitors for 90 years.
What began as a seaside guest cottage has become an iconic resort on the oceanfront. Besides new decor in each unit, and a new modern key-lock system already in place, Breakers Resort Paradise and Sailfish Towers will have improvements in other areas.

- Hallway carpet, lighting, signage, and wall vinyl
The Design
Guests will love the coastal modern retreat at Breakers Resort. Inspired by colors and textures from the coast, the upcoming Whitney Nelson design will meld comfort and function for a truly special space.
Changes include:
- New flooring
- Geometric wall tile on the bathroom vanity walls for a clean aesthetic
You’ll feel the coastal vibes in the design. Furnishings will have clean lines and feature convenient power connectivity and brushed nickel hardware. Rooms will also include a pull-out sleeper sofa with accent seating.
You’ll find a calming color palette in each room.
