Event Booking Policy

A deposit of $250 is required to hold your date. In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee is based on the following sliding scale: 30 days out or less 100%, 31-60 days out 50%, more than 60 days the full deposit will be refunded. All food and beverages must be provided by The Breakers Resort, except for wedding cake.
